Law 27399 defines four transferable public holidays. According to the sixth article of this law, the following transfers will take place in 2025:

- The transition to immortality of General José de San Martín is postponed from Sunday, August 17 to Monday, August 18, 2025.
- The Day of Respect for Cultural Diversity is moved from Sunday, October 12 to Monday, October 13, 2025.
- National Sovereignty Day is moved from Thursday, November 20 to Monday, November 24, 2025.
