Autumn holidays: from Monday 11 November to Tuesday 12 November 2024 (actually: from Saturday 9 November to Tuesday 12 November 2024).
Winter holidays: from Monday, December 30, 2024, to Friday, January 17, 2025 (actually: from Saturday, December 28, 2024, to Sunday, January 19, 2025).
Spring break: Wednesday 16 April to Monday 21 April 2025.
Summer holidays for students in grades 1-7: from Monday 16 June to Friday 29 August 2025 (actually: from Saturday 14 June to Sunday 31 August 2025).
Summer holidays for 8th grade students: from the end of the last exam to Friday 29 August 2025 (in reality: to Sunday 31 August 2025).
Holidays when Serbian schools are closed in the 2024-2025 school year
In addition to school holidays, in 2024-2025 schools in Serbia are closed for the following holidays:
February 17, 2025 (Monday) – celebration of Candlemas and Statehood Day.
May 1, 2025 (Thursday) – Labor Day.
May 2, 2025 (Friday) – Labor Day.
Since May 1st and May 2nd fall on Thursday and Friday, students have a long weekend from Thursday May 1st to Sunday May 4th, 2025.
Major religious holidays 2024-2025 in Serbia
